If you are in a pinch, you can use four grocery-store plastic bags. I have done this many times at the beach. It works great, and you can recycle them after use without carrying dirty bags in your car.

I zipped tied 4 similar ones to each corner of a tarp. It is so handy to be able to cover something quickly without having to tie it/weight it down.
