Yes, the Shark Navigator is a good vacuum. I've owned 3 of them. First one lasted 7 years before the wheel fell off, but vacuum still worked fine. Second one got messed up by one of my kids, but again the vacuum was still good. The biggest worry will be the plastic wheels and such. Pretty sure you will have that with any vacuum. Suction is strong though

Got one. This is good vacuum. It has great suction power. Bought a version of this about 7 years ago (for about the same price). The vacuum is still going strong but I broke the plastic tab that holds the dust canister together. It's still useable but I will retire it to garage duty. Looking forward to getting the new one.

same as above, I'm on my 3rd as well. the first one was amazing and lasted years, each after has gotten a little worse. still good but not the amazing value they use to be. current one is only a couple years old and it's already time to replace it.

Great price. Great vacuum. I have parrots and cats and put mine through ****, but it is tough and the suction is great. I just ordered another as back up for the future.

These are good vacuums. They're kind of knock-offs of Dyson products at a fraction of the price. They do tend to clog however (especially with pet hair) due to the curved soft hoses and vent paths. We have to unclog ours every 6-7 uses after owning it for 3 years.

I recently refurbished a Shark Animal Pro and it picks up dirt a bit better plus never clogs, but the construction quality is horrible compared to the Shark.
