Make sure you know what you are buying!
I have this headset and it doesn't have the Apple's H1 or H2 chip set, which means there is no seamless switching between apple devices. You would need to manually select your device which is a huge flaw of this device.
Even their Beats Solo Pro, came out in 2019, has the H1 chip in it.

Nothing annoys me more than listening to a movie or a music track and then I go to pickup my phone for a hot second, scroll through reddit/fb or a news website. Some stupid autoplay kicks in and it switches my headphones to my phone and pauses the movie/music I was listening to.

It's always the damn autoplays that somehow managed to turn on a track, or if I pickup my phone to play a poorly written game, and a music track kicks on, boom, switches right to that.

I have the bluetooth icon in the menubar, if I want to switch it, I just click it. Super easy, I don't want the automated switching.

Personally I think Beats Studio Pros are fine headphones - have had them for years to use in the gym, and Bose to use on commute ... I wouldn't pay $350 for them but for some pretty nice gym headphones to listen to electronic music on for an hour at a time they're good. pads shed insanely on mine (little black flecks everywhere) but maybe because using in the gym ... but also i don't really care that much abut the shedding because using in the gym.
