If the delivery guy can't handle 25lbs, they are in the wrong biz.

are you guys seeing the 2 pack for $111 as well? I'm assuming the people who bought the pair was this as opposed to 2x the 58 one correct?

I have the 52s and I have never had a problem with them. I used to have the bowflex selecttechs and these are much simpler to adjust.

If you had that much more expensive Bowflex why did you get rid of them and get this brand? Did you know about the simpler to adjust aspect of it and that was the motivator or was it something else?

PowerBlocks that show up on woot.com for around $200 are in my opinion a better deal. A known trusted brand that has been around a long time. Metal construction. Comes in a pair, each 50 lbs. Then you can also buy the expansion packs later to go up to 70 or 90 lbs.

I would recommend a pair of 52 lb dumbbells from the same brand instead. Also available at Walmart

I have slight pain and weakness in shoulder do you suggest using dumbbells or kettle bell for strengthening exercises?
