The flavor has a subtle chemical undertone to it - I can't explain it, but it was a bit unpleasant. Other concerns - the vegetables aren't great, especially the corn.
potatoes carrots and other root vegetables would have been a much better complement to the lentils, rather than black beans and bell peppers. I rarely ever throw away food if i've already warmed it up/prepared it, but this was one of those times.
