Steps:
- Sign in to PayPal and activate Instacart's 25% offer within PayPal's app (first-time Instacart offer, YMMV).
- Shop for Costco delivery through Instacart in PayPal's app. https://www.instacart.com/product...lug=costco
- Use PayPal as payment. The price will be $612.99 + service fee ($11.50-$20) + free delivery. The total should be ~$640 pre-tax.
- Feel free to adjust the default 10% tip (~60$) to any decent amount you like.

UPDATE! The transaction posted and I can confirm the deal WORKS! 26,764 points are pending. PayPal is quoting a 90 day turn around for points to post to account. Net cost = $794 total
