As for this deal; I'm not sure that I need it/ would be superfluous because I picked up two 24-Oz MOTHERS 06524 VLR VinylLeatherRubber Care for $12 a few month back and I've been very happy with the results.
I use VLR inside the home for appliances, vinyl chairs, plastics on electronics etc and the results have been superb; it makes everything pop/shine. VLR contains lanolin which should protect against UV exposure and offer some rust protection for metals as well. (I'm inferring this as Fluid Film [fluid-film.com] is also a lanolin based product and it's one of the best rust protectors/preventives on the market IMO)

If you mean like cloth then no good.
