T-mobile Line on US promos are far and few between now and haven't seen any for a long time so this is as good as it gets. I ordered 2 new lines at Costco and they were aware of the offer. I have Go5G Plus but it may be available in other plans too. The promotion code is ID250574. There is 800 dollar off in Samsung Galaxy S24 series and up to 1000 off on Google Pixel 9 pro and higher. Of course in 24 monthly credits.

Costco has $150 gift card per line for adding a new line and $50 per line for porting a number. So you can get up to $200 per line.

If you are like me with 8 lines from previous free promotions (if you have 7 or 8 lines) with this promotion your plan will change to 9-12 lines and depending upon how many free lines you have, your bill may go down instead of going up. Line 9-12 are $45 each but your all free lines will get discounted at $45.

I don't completely understand this deal. This provides a buy one get one free instead of a simple free line?

You need to have 7-8 lines. Add 1-4 lines to make it 9-12 lines and all lines will be 45/line,compared to regular $ for up to 8 lines+ 45$ for line 9-12. This is what OP says

OP Are you paying around $350 (before taxes) for your service with 7-9 lines? I have 5 lines and on the grandfathered simple choice plan with 2 free lines…if I move out of my plan by bill goes up another 100-150 a month with losing benefits. Staying on my plan for as long as I can. Nothing right now matches what I'm pay with the services provided.

Really confusing offer here. So what is the bottom price for 2 new lines on go5G plus and what free phones can you get?

Is it common to have 8-9 lines? And they are free? Large family? Business? Pooling them together for friends who then pay you back? Watches/tablets/hotspot devices? I'm not understanding the scenario here, or how people suddenly end up with 8-9 lines. This isn't the first post mentioning many lines.
