Went ahead and contacted metro on the displayed number, was suggested there's some port out requests that need to come from visible. However, since they were not answering the call, I was suggested to call back tomorrow, and the porting would be done.
has anyone else experienced something like this? and suggestions to go about it ?

you need to open the box to receive the text message code so you can sign on to your account and disabled the autopay. the only way to saigon to your account is by enter the text message code. Unless you use a one time credit card use, you can let the system self activate.

Also, any limit to how many Visible line accounts one can open? I wanted to buy a second iPhone 12, after I activated my iPhone 12 yesterday (with port from Visible), but I don't know if I should use a different email account or try to open a new line on my previous account. TIA!
ETA: I really want to know because I would like to eventually keep my "primary" line's number active, and I think Visible or Visible+ will be the plan I'll want to get to remain active, so I don't want to be put on some list saying I can't get any more accounts at some point.

OK thanks. But if Metro system self activate, doesn't it need to successfully port in my number?
At the time of purchase, I entered the phone #, account #, and PIN, but the PIN only valid for 4-5 days. By the time when Metro try to do self activate, the PIN will no longer be valid.
