I don't know for sure. Got my first phone, activated, 40 min later created visible number, and 20 minutes later placed 2nd order. So 1 hour after activation I ordered second one with fresh visible number.

Any data point on if there is a limit of 3 for a shipping address. I was able to place 2 orders from my account and 1 from my wife's account. Now it's not letting to place orders anymore even though port seems fine.
