My 4th iPhone 12 is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. My process went like this:
1. Got phone number from Visible for $5 using friend referral code I found on Reddit and used Email address 1.
2. Bought first phone for $75 on MetroPCS, delivery to address 1 using Credit Card 1
3. Activated phone upon delivery to complete port in.
4. Got phone number from Visible for $5 using friend referral code I found on Reddit and used Email address 2.
5. Added second line (AFTER ACTIVATION OF FIRST LINE) for $35, delivery to address 1 using Credit Card 1
6. Activated phone upon delivery to complete port in.
7. Got phone number from Visible for $5 using friend referral code I found on Reddit and used Email address 3.
8. Added third line (AFTER ACTIVATION OF SECOND LINE) for $35, delivery to address 1 using Credit Card 1
9. Activated phone upon delivery to complete port in.
10. Got phone number from Visible for $5 using friend referral code I found on Reddit and used Email address 4.
11. Added fourth line (AFTER ACTIVATION OF THIRD LINE) for $35, delivery to address 2 using Credit Card 2
TOTAL SPENT AFTER 4 iPhone 12 orders - $240
So far the whole process has taken about a week from making the MetroPCS account to receiving my 4th phone.
Key things to remember:
1. You won't be able to add a new line until the previous one has been activated so you will need to open the iPhone you receive and go through the activation process.
2. Each phone takes a day or two to deliver.
3. I've been able to get a number from Visible and then port it in to MetroPCS within 20 min of each other.
4. Canceling the port in requires a 4 hour wait (according to the MetroPCS customer support) before you can try again.
5. Each phone has to be activated in order for the 365 day window to open so it can be unlocked for any cell phone provider. Until then its locked to MetroPCS only.
6. Based on comments here, the best trade in value is for $155 at Apple, but that is in the form of a gift card. If using one to trade in that value goes to $180 towards an apple product at Apple, but that only works on one device.
7. REMEMBER TO TURN OFF AUTOPAY ON ALL VISIBLE ACCOUNTS AND METROPCS ACCOUNTS!!!!!!
I'll update this after I activate the 4th line. It's scheduled to deliver tomorrow.
There's likely a cap at 5 lines so we'll see if I can order the last one after activating the 4th line and ship to Address 2 using Credit Card 2.

Going to try porting out a line and the porting it back in.
As soon as I received an iPhone, I would activate it, then immediately add a new line with a new visible number. So after getting the 3rd iPhone in the mail, I ordered my 4th one. HOWEVER, I did get the (Please call Customer Support to complete order) initially and had to have them cancel the port in. I then waited 4 hours and was able to order the 4th one after I changed the shipping address and credit card I used
