It's a wireless mouse standard 2 buttons & wheel, I'd bet a year's income on it working fine in windows 11.

I've been using this mouse for years. It's a nice medium size (between a large gaming mouse and a compact logitech M317). The only con is the battery life isn't as good as logitech mice. I think I average 3 months before needing a new battery. It takes one AA.

Because when you need to access the BIOS nothing bluetooth works. I had done that transition on my desktop to bluetooth mouse and keyboard but ended up reverting back to USB receiver based since whenever I needed to access the BIOS the bluetooth just would not work.

Not all computers and/or laptops will have Bluetooth turned on (to save battery) when they enter sleep or hibernate mode. Bluetooth mouse and keyboard will be disconnected, and hence cannot be used to wake up computers.
