This might be the first Lego game I play. I've always been kind of "meh" about them, but playing this with a friend should be fun.

What other Lego games are absolutely worth it?

Of the ones I have played I would rate the first Marvel Super Heroes and The Pirates of the Caribbean as the top 2. Many people swear by Lego City Undercover as a Lego GTA that is great fun. I have not played that one as of yet though.

Also, if you have not yet played Toy Story 3 by all means do. Not a Lego game but it has a toy box mode and campaign which can both be played with 2 person local co op. It is one of the best licensed games out there.

I'm virtually certain these games go on sale fairly quickly. Likely to have a Black Friday deal better than this but I plan on checking out the games thanks for posting.

Really? I'll have to check it out. I played It Takes Two with my wife and we had a lot of fun.

I'm interested in this game, and was initially very excited and planning to pre-order, but after seeing how they've been marketing it, I'm hesitating. I'm afraid it's going to be full of microtransactions for cosmetics and base decorations, rather than a kid-friendly version of Horizon Zero Dawn's gameplay and characters/story.

I'm going to wait until the reviews come out and I see more of what it's like to actually play the game. Plus I prefer the PS5 version.

I've played all of them. Pirates was my favorite followed by Indiana Jones and then Marvel. LOTR/DC supervillains, Skywalker Saga, Jurassic World, Harry Potter, and city undercover are all great too.

Lego City Undercover regularly comes on sale for around $6 and one of the best Lego titles, especially for kids, but fun for everyone. Easily the best value for a Lego game.

Agreed. Probably the best LEGO game with a backstory to boot. The others are pretty much the representation of the story with LEGOs
