No longer receiving deal alert emails

Hi - I haven't been receiving deal alert emails for almost a year now. Can you check if my account was flagged for bouncing emails, and if so reset it so they send again?

same here, a lot of notifications on the site, but no deal alert emails

EDIT: email alerts just started coming in 12 min after posting this, maybe a coincidence... but if not thanks Smilie.

Seems like deal alerts on the site have stopped for me as well. The last one I got was 16 hours ago and I've checked a few near he's that have returned deals posted more recently than that

There was an issue with deal alerts overnight, but it looks like all of your alerts have started up again. Hopefully everything is fixed, but please let us know if you think that there are any still not coming through correctly.

I only get Front page deal alerts, nothing else.

Hi, I usually get 50+ email alerts daily. I have not received one since around 10AM yesterday 5/6. I checked out everything on my end and all looks okay. I even edited and resaved my main deal alert. Thanks in advance ... PapaTarHeelPhil

My email alerts are not working either. I got the deal alert summary yesterday around 5 pm central. Today I got a "limited time deals" email around 1246 pm and a "reveal the days best deals" email around 311 pm cst. I typically have at least 100 deal emails between midnight and 5 pm if not more. I have a total of 32 alerts set.

Got my first email alert at 2:09 ET this morning. Got another one at 8:15. So some are getting through though I usually get quite a few more in that length of time, but at least some progress is being made. They were from two different deal alerts. Thanks for your help. Smilie
