T-Mobile has Backup 5G Wireless Home Internet 130GB/Month at a new lower price of $20/Month. Unlimited data throttled to 3G speeds (~600kb/s) after 130GB per month is used. Includes 5G WiFi hotspot and free 2-day shipping. No equipment rental fees and no contracts. Setup in 15 minutes or less.
One-time $35 connection fee for this plan. Autopay required to get this price.
T-Mobile markets this as a backup for when your primary internet connection is down, but the 130GB/month of premium data may be plenty for a single user or a second home, field office, or workshop.

The 130GB data (5G speeds with unlimited 3G speeds after) is per month NOT per year.
Therefore it would be 7 X 12= 84 days per year.
No offense intended.

So you expect it to go down monthly so then you can use this to make use of the $20 you paid?
I am saying my internet never goes down, but based on the wording on the site
130GB data enough for 7 days of typical use.
Means they only give you an average of 7 days for an outage before they start slowing down your speeds..
So to me to pay monthly for something that I'll barely use but once a year and then only 7 solid days of decent speed when I do suddenly need it… not worth it
Maybe $10 a month… big maybe

"You more getting this much bandwidth per year at this cost "
In reality you're paying this much but your actual usage will not be what you're paying for.. this thing is essentially T-Mobile's version on the $10 gym membership

my kid got in on that deal
then black Friday I think the deal became $30/mo -- https://slickdeals.net/f/17103046-free-amazon-fire-tv-with-t-mobile-home-internet?src=Si
Didn't realize $30 option exists now for existing customers - https://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet/plans
We can only hope such a thing happens again ($25/mo that is ) since it is now available around me
