I have this. It's pretty terrible. The pressure it gets is laughable. About the only thing it's good for is washing the car, and even that is debatable.

The battery probably isn't worth the $50 either considering it's only a 2Ah

I respectfully disagree. It's not a power washer and doesn't claim to be. It's a power cleaner, and works excellent for that. I use it all the time to clean the eaves on my house, clean off my bike after a muddy ride, wash my car, and anything else where lugging a full-size power washer isn't feasible or necessary.

Not to mention the bottle connection, which means I don't have to have a hose to use it, which is great for camping with my bike.

Just like any other tool, when you use it for things it's not meant for, it doesn't work super well. You wouldn't say a drill is terrible for pounding nails (I'd hope).

UPDATE: My local pickup order was cancelled. Bummer! I'm going to spring for the delivery fee to see if I can get it delivered. Maybe there's another warehouse or some rural shop with one still in stock.

In for one.

Thanks OP, I've been eyeing this all summer long. I live in a highrise condo, so cannot hook up a power washer to a water source on my balcony. I have some bird crap I need to wash off, and this seems the cleanest method. It'll double up as a way to do light car washes.

I have this unit and unlike what I read on some of these reviews it does a good job. True it isn't as powerful as a gas pressure washer but is fine for quick clean jobs on the drive\sidewalk and cleaning the porch and patio furniture.
Where it really excels is I use it at the lake to clean the boat prior to taking it out of the water. You just drop the hose in the lake and it draws from it. I also agree, it is worth it for the battery alone.
Totally agree with this.

I just got it from the store. BUT, I think the battery is bad.

I plug it in, the status is alternating green and red when charging. I press the juice status, no lights lite up.
Ryobi batteries are notorious for dying when they have been discharged for too long.
There's a gears and tech video on youtube where he goes over some of the ways to try to revive them.

That is the 320PSI model, not the 600PSI in this deal.

Is there an 18v model that's 600PSI?

If the battery cells themselves really did discharge too low and not the battery management system making a mistake, it's best to warranty or dealer exchange it. Over-discharged Li-Ion cells can become unstable and become fire hazards if charged again.

Yes the brushless model, pictures of it will show a bright metal extension tube whereas the 300 PSI model will show a black plastic tube. It should say in the product description too.

When I registered my units for the warranty claim, both were manufactured in 2/2022. I'll check out the videos and continue my warranty claims.

Read a bunch on the 18v vs 40v. No difference except the battery platform. The motor in these does not need the power a 18v battery provides. Something like a lawn mower or larger pressure washer might take advantage of 40v but not this.

However this is $50 for the device and battery and charger. The tool only 18v is $100. So $50 for something without a battery. It's a very decent deal if you want this. I don't want to add another battery platform to my line up (have no other 40v Ryobi tools). Really hope the 18v has a clearance like deal soon. The 3 HD by me have gotten rid of most of the battery power pressure washer models over the last year. I don't think these sell too well to take up shelf space.
Thanks! I have plenty of batteries so I'll pass. Smaller lighter cattery is tempting but not tempting enough

In4One. I already have the 320psi 18v model.

I used this filler item to go over $50 to get free next day shipping. Otherwise S&H was $8.99 https://www.homedepot.com/p/The-H.../300951230

I have this. If I had known that the 600psi 18V existed, I would have gotten it instead of this. The reason is that the 40V is a bit heavy for one handed use. Since the psi and water flow are identical, it is far more user friendly to get the 600psi 18V than this. Also the 18V 4Ah is 25 min run time, vs the 40V 2Ah is 16 min run time, which means you are carrying more weight for less run time. There is a reason why the 40V one includes a side handle for 2 handed use. There are also hacks for both models. hack 1: replace the bottom water connector with a standard quick connect. hack 2 (harder): make and adapter on the output end to couple to standard quick connects for regular pressure washers. Then you can use all your existing equipment (assuming you have a regular presssure washer), like a foam cannon.

Got one! But the battery was DOA… Ugh I don't want to return it because they're all sold out now. Time for the annoying warranty process.
