Note the deposit requirement here. It has to be a direct deposit such as a salary. You can't move money in from another bank or deposit it normally. Some offers allowed that in the past and it is much simpler. For this you need to change your account and routing info on file with your employer/

I heard some people make money with these kind of offers!
It's not hard. You just want to make sure you keep track of all the fine print - I always copy and paste all the info into a digital notebook, so that I know the exact terms, the date I should expect to receive my bonus, how long I need to keep the account open, any minimums, etc.
The details may sound simple, but a month or two later, especially if you've done a couple of these, you're not going to remember the specifics. Much easier to have it all in one spot to begin with.
