When they refund you TIV they refund tax also. They adjust TIV with phone price and recalculate tax and refund the amount. Ideally the refund will be more than TIV.

Just successfully had the 512GB S24 Ultra price matched after the fact. $1150 on Amazon for the Grey one.

256GB Black is also $1072 on Amazon. Makes the deal a bit better. iPhone 13 Pro Max ($400 value)+ $272 for an S24 Ultra is pretty good.

Ironically I own both these phones. And the 13 pro max is a much better phone than the s24. Both technically and value. Save the 13 pro max. It's very usable for at least 2 more years. And Will still be top tier trade in then as well. The S23 is already fallen from top trade.

I had the note 2 so I thought I'd be ok with such a large phone. But the s23u is wider and taller than the note, and much bulkier/heavier

I only need to pay $0 trade in and some tax on the trade instead of $359+tax on samsungs site so it's a no brainer for me
