Returned both and reverted back to 13 pros.
256GB Black is also $1072 on Amazon. Makes the deal a bit better. iPhone 13 Pro Max ($400 value)+ $272 for an S24 Ultra is pretty good.
Also, unless you own it, I dont see 13 Max Pro for $400 anywhere
