No - it appears not, these were the recalled power banks:
  • 334 MagGo Battery (PowerCore 10K) - Model A1642
  • Anker Power Bank - Model A1647
  • MagGo Power Bank - Model A1652
This is an A1619.

I already have one of these - it works well but charges slowly but hey the price is slick. I'm buying another.

I have currently the Anker 622 and 633 Magnetic Power Banks and they work great for the last 2 years. But looking at the reviews on this Anker 521 Magnetic Power Bank for the last year are showing about 80% negative reviews. This must be a cheap barebones product from Anker. Based on the Reviews I would stay away from this deal.

Based on Reviews for the last 12 months I would pass on this deal and spend a little more money on a higher quality battery pack from Anker.

I agree I have the Anker 622 and 633 part of the MagGo line which are a higher quality battery pack from Anker which I have had for 2 years and work great. This seems to be a part of a value low end line of Anker Battery packs. Over 80% Negative Reviews last 12 months.

how fast do these charge? My experience with wireless battery banks has been iffy with very slow charging. Can this charge two items at once (one through wireless, another through cable)?

I wouldn't get it, it charges slow and wireless charging is extremely inefficient and a lot of the power is wasted as heat

What's with the bad reviews lately? I have this exact battery that I bought in 2022, although on the battery it says it's model A1619. Did Anker start using a different manufacturing facility and now these are crappy quality? Mine has been holding up well the past couple years. Was thinking about getting another one as a gift, but if they are awful now, I'm not so sure...

Anyone have any other economical alternatives? Don't care about the brand.
