Word of caution, this is by far the worst company I've dealt with. Transferred from T-Mobile using their last promo for $15/mo per line. Promo pricing never applied. Filed FCC complaint. Their customer service is completely useless. I will be porting out all of my lines at a first chance I get.

Is there anyone that HAS had good luck with Total? I'm with Mint at $35/month and haven't had any issues over the 4 years. But $30 and ad free Disney is verrrry tempting (I can't stand that our TV watching is back to having ads). Is there at least a chance that if I don't do anything complicated and just port my number, I'll continue getting the discount I'm supposed to?

I moved line week before this deal was posted from USM. Its been 17+ days, they have yet to give me access to Disney+. CS is useless.
My next bill due in 10 days is showing $60 instead $30.

Service wise, I am in middle of Verizon area (5G red) in Urban area however hardly get 1 bar at 4G at home.
With USM Warp(Verizon) it was same issue so not really a big deal and I use Wi-Fi at home anyway. On road, I see 5G and seed up to 1Gbps.
So support is really questionable. Reddit forum is full of people having to call/file FCC complaint etc. to get plan fixed. So ymmv for you. Apparently, their billing system upgrade is messed up (per Reddit) for months and they don't seem to know how to fix it!

Worked for me on 5 out of 6 lines without any issues and ported / activated all within 5 minutes. The first line I had trouble with and went through alot just to get it fixed up. I say go for it. If you do it correctly, I don't anticipate that you'll have any issues going forward.

This is similar to Google Fi except for the Canada and Mexico roaming which I don't need. Fi does have the European roaming which I use but it costs a lot more. Does Total have any options for unlimited data in Europe?

FYI if you have a business or are self employed, you can get a premium Verizon Business plan for $15/mo/line for 2 years when you do autopay on a checking account and bring your own device.

Full disclosure I work for them. I am not on the clock or paid to post this however.

Just Google Verizon Business BYOD smartphone.

Anyone have issue with referral code points not working? I applied the code to my account in Total Rewards and it says "Congratulations.. blah blah blah" but 5000 points not showing in pending. Called customer service but they apparently want a phone number of the referrer lol.. I pulled random referral code from online forum

Browsing the Verizon byod price for my region is:
65 for unlimited start
75 unlimited plus
80 unlimited pro.
save 600 when you byod and number on plus and pro plans 600 credit applies over 24 months
75 x 24 = 1800. - 600 = 1200/ 12 = 50 a month. How were you able to get to 15?

Edit again. Seems you have to go 5+ lines on business to get this rate 1 line rate was substantially higher. Also taxes and fees are extra and not included.

$15 a month taxed and fees included? Also, are you referring to the $600 BYOD swtich from another carrier promo?

I did the BYOD and free Moto Edge. The hardest part for me was getting the promotional offer for the Moto Edge 2024 to show up in my cart. Outside of that, for both the BYOD and Moto edge line, both activated very easily for me. I do hear that Customer Service is a pain in the butt and pretty useless. I never had to talk to them so maybe I'm just lucky.

You can change your number to another randomly assigned one if need be, but porting in another number after you've activated with a new number will be nearly impossible to do without it affecting your promo since CS would essentially have to "deactivate" your line and port into a new one. This can void your promo.
Shucks was just going to ask the same thing.

It seemed like safe way to get eveything set up / working and ensure the promo applied properly and then port in, that way it will only leave the port for them to mess up. Otherwise if my actual number isn't involved I could cancel and start again.

Thanks for the info.
