Is $200 "MSRP" real? If not, what is the market price for a shoe similar to this? What are the benefits of this particular item/model?

Edit: looks like "... is a lightweight shoe for all-weather walking, hiking, and running" (from item description)

They seem to be the only retailer that carries them other than Amazon. Not sure a shoe with studs is practical. I have a set of boots with Vibram arctic grip soles, and they are significantly more stable on slippery surfaces.

Small swedish company specializing in shoes. I loved my first pair of their winter boots that I bought another pair just in case they get discontinued. Swedes for sure know their winters.

This seems like a good deal but buying shoes from an unknown brand and fit is not a good idea when they don't offer free return shipping and there's not a store near you.
