exactly. Plus 10,000 IU is too high for everyday dosage unless recommend by doctor

You get about 1,000iu every 5 minutes you are in the southern sun at around noon. Of course that depends on your skin type and how much clothing you wear. So 10,000iu doesnt seem crazy.

Over 70+ percent of people are deficient in the us. 10k is fine for majority of people. It's fat soluble you could take 5 a week all at once in one day and it stays bio available in your body. If you get a shot from a docker it's like 50,000 all at once because it's stored in fat. There is no established upper limit that causes issues or toxicity. In one study someone accidentally got like 100x the daily dose and just had stomach problems for a few days. People saying 10k is to much as a blanket statement are just wrong because it's more nuanced than that. Average person could take 3-5 of these a week and still be deficient testing in the 35-40 range.


But yes k2 is good to take along with it. Also you want it suspended in a good fat not a seed oil.

Thanks. My whole family was doing 5k daily and we all tested deficient this summer. Sunscreen only on our faces, outdoorsy. Ridiculous.
