I got this for cheaper on the last deal. Decent speaker with great battery life. Does not do well with dialog so if your purpose is to listen to podcasts like me, recommend looking elsewhere. Dialog is especially muddled in the shower, where most folks will want to use this. Yes, I played around with the equalizer levels in the app.

i know ppl have been saying anker cs has gone down hill... but i emailed them about a speaker i bought 3 years ago(way out of warranty).. asking if they sold battery replacements bc mine was shot... they didn't but they sent me a brand new one and upgraded it to the newer model... so ig anker still has good cs.. maybe just depends on who you get. def still like anker bc of their cs.

Good speaker and a good price. I loved mine but I would suggest spending a bit more (currently on sale for $100 but I got mine for $90) on their new Soundcore Boom 2. It's crazy how much they were able to improve on the old model.

I use this speaker while I'm in the shower to listen to podcast all the time and never thought it was muddled. This speaker is the best Bluetooth speaker I've used and highly recommend it. I'm thinking about getting another one considering when i got mine it was like $100 and have never regretted that purchase.

I got this years ago .. love it. It's my must have for camping. You have to run the equalizer on the app to get the right sound .. music or dialog .. I leave it on the sand by the waves .. in the sun. Never even had anyone run off with it
