Do you tip your Amazon drivers or your mailman/person?

The tipping culture is out of control in the U.S.

Businesses (should) pay their employees and staff fair wages and health insurance, and the consumer should pay for the products. It's just that simple.

I shop and deliver for Walmart. They have created algorithms to give drivers a certain amount regardless of the tip amount. An order with no tip Walmart will pay $11 and if you add a $7 tip, the driver gets the same $11 but now it's broken into Walmart Pays $4 and customer tip $7.

They're using the tips to underpay the drivers and make bigger profits !

No, it's not. It didn't cost me any points, it was free. It's not even in the play points section, it's in the perks section, right under the 9 months of free Disney+ offer, is another offer for a free 6 months of Walmart+. you hit the button, and it gives you a code to redeem for the free 6 months on the Walmart website or app.

You get showtime also? Is it ad free? I hear that paramount+ essential has so many ads that it is practically useless for me.
I did sign up for the first time yesterday and placed my first grocery order. Four out of 10 items I ordered were reported as out of stock before delivery. Let's hope the experience is better next time around.

I do not see anything in the perk section. May be you have something already going on with Google ( Fi etc) that you got this perk.

No, I don't have Google Fi or anything. I actually have a Samsung phone that I put the Google Play store on. Maybe it's one of those YMMV situations, but people should still be on the lookout in case they have the free 6 months deal, because they can stack it with this, and get 18 months for the price of 6 months.

I've been member for at least a couple of years. For me, this subscription is a no brainer.

Considering I get 10c of Exxon and Murphy gas stations as well as access to Sam's gas, the membership basically pays for itself and then some.

And we just got in-home in my area, which means I won't feel pressured to tip.

But I'm in agreement about the produce. I think a lot of that stuff isn't the best. I've given up in that area and just decided to just buy that stuff in store.

They don't do a terrible job per se, but everyone likes their stuff differently. The only thing I've been mostly satisfied with is the bananas. Everything else is hit and miss for me.

This is great deal and I look for this one yearly. What I do is sign out of the walmart acct that had the expired walmart+ activated, and sign back in with a new or in this case my wife's acct that does not have walmart+. I was able to redeem this 50% off offer today, one day before my old one expired so Thank you! 2 years in a row! Hoping for same luck next year. Thanks SD FAM!

I didn't even have the perks area on google play when I first checked. I then thought to check google One which I have but it wasn't there but I saw one of my benefits for google One is Play store "Gold" level so I activated that and then I saw the perks section appear in the google play app.

But, I don't have the Walmart offer, instead I have free 6 months of Disney+ basic. It does say I get a new gold prize 11/1 though so I will check again then. Thanks for the heads up.

This probably expired bcuz I got an email from Walmart stating it's an error... but will honor it whoever renewed..

Anyone know if Walmart refunds prorated membership fee if cancelled after renewal? Mine sub quietly auto renewed just recently. Would love to get a refund on it and re-sub at the lower price here.
