Pros:
Excellent if power hungry CPU.
140W 4060 GPU. DLSS. 8GB VRAM.
32 GB RAM.
2TB SSD.
Decent port selection, USB-C DP (no PD)
7 Hours of battery life for video/productivity (~1 hour when gaming).
Cons:
Dell utilizes non-conventional M.2 2242 slots (M-key) for storage. Users should take this into consideration when adding or replacing NVMe drives.
Port placement is not ideal with USB-A only on right side. No USB-C charging.
Large and heavy. Not ideal for on the go.
If you're looking for a good performance on a FHD gaming laptop then the price combined with 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD make this s slick deal.
I would consider buying this unless I needed portability and better battery life, but then you're looking at no GPU or a lot more $$.

i don't think that machine is gonna come back in the same price again in the upcoming month.
What do you guys think should i go ahead with this one? or maybe wait for some another better deal to pop up? Any leads and info would be appreciated.
i am looking for a mid-range gaming laptop and i am student as well so i can bare the portability issue but not the battery life. i prefer intel over amd and anything is fine as for dGPU (4060 or 4070).
