You are responsible for all applicable fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges through the termination date. AT&T will refund your activation fee, if any, if service is terminated within 3 days of activation. The charges for service used on the account before the service termination date may be applied against any down payment.

EDIT-1: Service was easily cancelled by calling them. Now need to wait for a month to see what comes in bill.
EDIT-2: Finally got the bill. It came with $35 activation charge. I was able to waive it off just by disputing charge link without any human intervention. Finally paid $6 including taxes for AT&T bill for 2-3 days service.
