Thank you so much for mentioning this. I didn't realize such tools existed and can think of countless times it would have saved my husband's back. I was ready to buy the Irwin but did some quick research and I think that being able to use the foot lever on the Dewalt would be best for us. After checking the shipping cost, I spent 45 minutes on a Home Depot chat and was able to price match + military discount so I ordered 2 (that will save my back 🙂). Maybe this will be helpful to someone else as well. Repped.
These are another option. There is less risk of scratching or marring.

I've used the air wedges to lift a fridge, hanging doors, and wedging car or garage doors to slip hook rods to unlock when you've locked yourself out. We've had to use it once when we came home and the power was out and only had a garage door opener. They also have kits which I keep in my truck.

On the other hand, the lift jacks are great for installing upper cabinets when you don't want to use a ledger board or cleat. They are great for light duty lifting and spreading. For heavy duty lifting, get a toe jack.
I have one of these, it's awesome. Only had it a week and already used it to jack up the front-end of a zero turn mower and to lift a washing machine for a belt replacement. I thought it was going to be gimmicky and useless, turns out it's handy AF. I thought I was going to have to haul my trolley jack to lift the mower, the trolley jack isn't huge or heavy, but this Irwin jack is way easier to transport and was perfect for the smaller job.

Seems like these things are new to the market, everyone is selling one, it will be interesting to see where the price settles, seems $100 per is the spot right now, so this is a good deal.

ETA: In both cases I mentioned - washing machine and mower - I raised the item with the jack and then LOWERED IT ONTO JACK STANDS. Don't put your head under anything being held up by this alone. It seems sturdy, but be smart.

Thanks. Not a great deal. But still a deal. These don't ever get any lower in price.
Unless you get the poorly made, no name brands on Amazon.

If you'd rather have the Dewalt, they have it for the same price. They didn't charge me tax, but shipping was higher than I expected.

You can get it at Amazon for this price: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CWVT99MF

It's a limited time deal so not sure how long that price will last.

My newish washer is very heavy, and I need to put pads under the back feet.

Would you normally get one or a pair of these?

At this price 1, 2 is ideal but the situations where you need 2 isn't very often.

Have bought and used some $5 ones from AliExpress. Maybe wouldn't put my head under the washing machine but they seem to work fine.

I've been waiting for a deal on this, thanks! I have used an air wedge ($16 at HF) for many similar tasks but this jack overcomes the very limited raise height and imprecise lifting point of an air wedge. However, it's hard to beat the form factor of a simple air bag for slipping into tight spaces. This jack obviously requires a good amount of clearance.
