May depend on what your local store carries; Wooster are listed online at Ace, need to check a specific store to see what it carries. If you click on a specific item, if it says it's available for pick up at your local store, they likely have it in stock.
As a note: if you have an old QUALITY paint brush that you didn't clean and acrylic paint dried on it, there are some tricks to get the old paint out (not worth putting in the work on a cheap brush). Soaking it in rubbing alcohol can work, but you'll need to keep bending the bristles to work the alcohol further in, and use a wire brush to work the paint off of them, and then eventually, bar soap and the wire brush.
I've also heard ammonia, or murphy oil soap may work but haven't tried those - you can google to see what options are out there. But be careful with any strong chemical that can have negative effects - one reason I haven't tried ammonia is because of this. Better to clean your brush in a timely manner!!

Full disclosure - I had seen a thread over here that had shown that this deal from acehardware.com had expired. Gasoline is highly flammable though, too, so I'd recommend extreme care if someone tries that (rubbing alcohol is less so, although still somewhat flammable). The brush needs to soak for a while, then you need to use a wire brush and running water to work through the paint brush and work all the acrylic out, so wear gloves and eye protection while you're doing that. I also don't know what effect gasoline would have on nylon or polyester bristles. .
I personally wouldn't use gasoline. I also wouldn't want the gasoline going into my sewer pipes under the house (that's illegal in a lot of places, aside from other concerns about flammability and potential corrosion). I guess you could try outside with a hose, but I'd start with other less hazardous products.
With a bike chain, you don't leave it in gasoline very long, and you don't need very much - just a 1/4" - enough to cover the chain in a metal pan/can. (the old metal coffee cans worked well, but good luck finding one of those!)
