After doing the $5 sub I didn't see the Skip to Gold under my rewards but it was located on my main page of the Play Store app. Here is a screenshot of what to look for if you can't find it: https://imgur.com/a/iPHD9kR

Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

Checked there also and didn't show up. Play Pass definitely did not work for me. Downloaded Google One app and navigated to benefit details screen (note I was not subscribed to any storage plan prior) and subscribed to premium. Got the same offer CatteNx3 did. Gold benefit will be available in 3 days.
