I was happy to go with T-Mobile and their bill credits when my Magenta Max got the full trade in value, but now that I see that they're going to create a new plan every couple of years just to make the old top tier plans no longer eligible for the best trade in values, I'm looking elsewhere.

I also have a Pixel 7 (non pro) and been looking for a good deal to trade it in (Tmo gives $500). Selling it for cash is not an option, since you might get like $150 to 200 if lucky.

Was wondering what to do with the P7 refurb as the amazon reseller reserves the right to charge 20 percent restocking fee (230ish before taxes so would be out 40 plus bucks anyway ). May as well take advantage since it is rare to get bonus TIV promos for a grandfathered ONE plan and no new extra line needed. The extra 200 USD off MSRP for P9P XL vs google store (just a note that t-mo only starts at the 256 gb storage whereas google store starts at 128 gb for P9P XL) is very enticing.
