Last time this went on sale for $20

People agreed Season 1-4 are good and to skip season 5.

It's on Disney+

The normal DVD box set has the better OG soundtrack

Agree with everything here. Such an amazing show until it turns into every JJ Abrams property ever.

The loss of the licenced songs ruins so many scenes if you remember how they went originally.

At least it gets updated and released while look at the video game industry, they just remove the title like it never existed.

Man this was one of my favorites back in college. Ahead of its time for sure and early Bradley Cooper appearance.

It's unfortunate the only way to get HD copies of TV shows from this era is digitally. Most of them never saw Blu-ray releases.

Yeah I'll never understand Fox. They had so many properties fans would have bent over backwards to buy again on Blu-Ray. Alias, Buffy, Angel...

What is this absolute bull crap? TV shows don't keep their soundtracks if licenced? So is "Supernatural" just a bunch of elevator music now?

Wow I didn't know about the loss of the original soundtrack. That is very disappointing.

But one other thing I noticed is there is no longer any captioning showing the English translations when foreign languages are spoken in certain scenes. Why is that?

Fantastic question! I've noticed that across multiple TV shows when we're watching them on Fandango, shows I know for a fact had the dialogue translated when they originally aired. I'm sure it's probably as simple as a setting in Closed Captions, but I've never gotten around to checking.
