Firestone Sale timing

I would like to buy lifetime wheel balance from Firestone.
There's currently a coupon for $15 off $100.
I seem to recall, they usually have some sort of sale over Black Friday and New Years. The later being better.
Is this correct? I don't really need a balance right now and could probably go a few months so I'm trying to time it right. I don't buy anything from firestone very often (just go in for my lifetime alignment and balance typically)
