    • "This is a true liquidation sale of approximately 1300 guitars at approximately 65-80% off. We bought the diamond guitar company during covid and had to move factories. We got a container shipment that had too many issues so we are leaving the factory and liquidating the entire order at fire sale prices. They are sold as is, but returnable for any reason. Just ship back no questions asked? (customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs if returned) So what makes them B-stock? Most of it is relatively minor. Buffing scratches, buffing burn through, pin stripes off by a hair, fret sprout, finish blems, repacked, finish bubbles, or in need of service, setup, adjustment, knobs needing adjusted (set to high or low on post), came with wrong color trem bar, maybe a corroded screw, etc. Nothing will be severely broken, cracked, or unable to function and play. You might get a perfect gem. We declared the entire shipment b-stock without inspecting all 1300 one at a time. We saw enough to make that judgement call. Most of this is pretty minor, but its enough that we don't want to deal with 1300 guitars one at a time and photograph them all, etc. All items will have either a used, b-stock, or similar marking on the back of the headstock. In many cases we are selling these for less than the parts of pickups you get. These prices (on the diamond guitars only) are all at a loss so we wont have time or resources (budget) to sort through and find you a gem, or take pictures, or weigh them. That's fine on normal product. The intent is to move these fast and cheap. For reference, the prices on the diamond guitars website are published. We will consider bulk purchase inquiries as well. You may return these for any reason, but shipping will be the customers responsibility as we told you up front these are a fire sale liquidation as is."

I couldn't find any $150 non imported guitars so I grabbed one of these odd looking guitars. Decent quality is all I care about, hard to get too excited for $150 guitar for my Grand kid.. This equals $20 in early 70's money, (when a pc. of real junk was $75) when a USA Strat was about $4-500. BUT...maybe they are crap ? If they are, I'll absolutely let it be known.

Appreciate the deal find humblepie. 😀My concern is the description of things that could be damaged with a guitar. If the guitar is too messed up, then you pay to ship it back.I would appreciate feedback from those that rolled the dice...on the condition of the guitar received.
As I posted before, I have 3 of these Diamond brand guitars. One barchetta, one bolero, and one monarch. The barchetta has no flaws I could find. The boleo and monarch had a finish on so thick you can't see the wood grains with purple finishes. They still look nice though. Just I like seeing wood grains personally. They had decent action heights and all came intonated for me. So with a quick tune I was able to play all 3.

So what I didn't realize is that these 7-strings are 26.5 scale length which is neat for tuning down, I was kind of bummed they didn't have any baritone/extended scale guitars:

If you want a regular 25.5 Scale Length 7 String with EMG pickups this is on their site now:

pulled the trigger on the 7 String with the Seymours. wish they had a 7 string with EMG pickups but that's alright. hoping to see a bass listed eventually
They just added a 25.5 scale 7 string with EMG pickups on their site https://worldmusicsupply.com/prod...x-stripes/

I did see that earlier, but I saw a video of Rizzo playing it and im not a fan of the stripes at all. the SD should be just fine, and for the price you can't really beat it.

I called WMS earlier and talked to the President of the company for a while and he further explained what happened with this shipment of guitars. they're absolutely slammed due to the Slickdeals Effect (which he knew about) but they're actively adding more and more guitars to their site. was a real cool dude to talk to.

This is how I look at it. I bought one of the Halcyon guitars. It has 2 Seymour Duncan pickups that retail for about $110 each and graphtec radius tuners that retail for $90-$130. A floyd rose special is about $90 (too bad it isn't the 1000 series). So that's already $400 in parts (if you paid full retail). I got the guitar for $350.
I think it appears to have a scarf joint around fret 2-3? I have a Schecter and a Greg bennet that have scarf joints there and they have caused the neck to bow right in that area. I told myself I'd never buy a guitar with a scarf joint there again.

Thanks for the heads up on that. Do you know what the angle is on the guitars you've had the issue with? Hopefully the angle is small enough on this one it won't be an issue 🤞

I don't know, I just saw a picture of it and it appeared to have the joint look pretty similarly to my Schecter/Greg Bennent guitar that failed. I prefer either necks that are solid from neck to headstock, or ones that have the joint after the nut.

Mine all came in a couple days after ordering. Literally 2 days. They are in Indiana and I'm in Texas if that helps.

When I ordered mine it was before I posted this deal. So there might be a slickdeals effect that may make it take a bit more time to ship if there are enough orders flooding in.
