Does anyone know if these get marked down often? Yes I was going to grab a standard one at Costco in the spring, but this is an AGM. My concern is winter is usually what kills these things.

I just purchased a 100 Watt solar panel... Would this battery be a good match for that panel... Intended use is to lower lights, charge phones, power the internet router, if the power goes out.

Generally cheaper to buy from Walmart for much larger cranking amps.

You need more than that. You need a proper solar charger/invertor or else you'll just make a possible fire hazard.

Also not really, at this point, go with a LiFePO battery for the higher endurance of a constant load.

Yep Walmart has a similar spec flooded battery at about $30 with core exchange. These days I tend to lean towards AGMs because they're maintenance free, last longer, and have less problems with terminal corrosion due to acid seepage. 200CCA is plenty for my 26HP Kohler twin.

Ah Sorry I honestly thought the ones at walmart were AGM that does make a lot of difference

I went with the other white Route 66 one for $30. My second one. The SD deal says $37 but when you go to the site it's actually $30. at least today. That's what my 1st was on Jan 11, 25. Good luck!
