So, who approve the card in Chase doesn't know Amazon Prime member has to login before see the offer.

Yes. You create a chase account and that's pretty much it. The user If is good too
I guess then you must be waiting for years before applying for any credit pull…
I opened a Walmart card for the 5% back and it even worked on APMEX sold at Walmart!
That 5% offer just ended so I canceled the card. I got hundreds back or more with that 5%.
