So, who approve the card in Chase doesn't know Amazon Prime member has to login before see the offer.
I can't understand this behavior in US, phone call has magic powers and still be the #1 "security proof" process.

Anything like a new phone number, email or home address can trigger a red flag.
Or some other factor?
I placed an order, and then it offered me the $150 to get approved.
I usually don't, but I did, and it was approved and got an email that I have $150 in amazon gift card credit.
I'm not even a prime member.
But, bonus is only good at Amazon. Card could be worth it for Amazon purchases only.
Not terribly tempting to me though. I try to buy from businesses directly, and not give Amazon a cut. The way Amazon treats its workers leaves a lot to be desired. Plus it really doesn't have a good handle on all the fake reviews. While it could easily create a way for people to report suspected problems with reviews, it has chosen NOT to do that.
I will occasionally buy from Amazon if I can't find something elsewhere for a comparable price and I'm familiar with the quality of the product; unfortunately, a lot of businesses sell on Amazon. At least Amazon is based in the US.

they tell you this in the approval process, and that the credit limit is lower, compared to when you use the card once it arrives.
