I've met at least a couple of women in my life that say you can't put anything "down there" except water. Apparently they are really sensitive to chemicals. Is this true or can you wash there with soap (inside)?

U hv to be careful, its a very delicate pH balance in there, so no, soap should not be going inside

this is a body wash, not an old school douche, which is a HORRIBLE invention! yes, this area is very sensitive, but depends on the woman as well. super mild cleanser like dove usually works

This is not for washing "inside" of the lady parts. You never wash inside, it's self-cleaning. This is just for the outside, like body wash. Technically you don't need anything other than water but some women prefer to use mild soap/wash such as this one. Every woman is different and some can't use regular soap / body wash in their intimate areas because it can cause irritation and itching. Hope this clarifies it.
