I bought these Reliants last year in December during a similar deal for my 2012 Accord. I was pretty hesitant as I usually try to get highly ranked tires. But to be honest, these tires are great. They are as quiet as my prior Pirelli Cinturatos. Snow has been rare lately, so I didn't really get to test them on snow or ice. But they are great in rain, and I've been in torrential rainstorms on the highway with them. I don't drive at excessive speeds or very aggressive, so your mileage may vary. Can't say much about wear since it's only been one year and maybe 15,000 miles, but they look no better or worse at this point than more expensive tires did. I will probably get them again if this deal keeps coming back every November/December.

How do I get free road hazard warranty as a Walmart+ member?
As a Walmart+ member, you get road hazard warranty for free when you purchase your tire(s) from Walmart & get them installed at one of our Auto Care Centers. You will be required to bring your receipt to show proof of warranty.

https://www.walmart.com/plus/prog...-tires&ath

*Active W+ membership required at time of repair. Vehicle & tire restrictions apply. See full restrictions & terms here. **Limited to tire(s) purchased & installed at Walmart Auto Care Centers. Active W+ membership required at time of purchase & installation. Vehicle restrictions apply. See full restrictions & terms here. Walmart+ terms.

The terms technically exclude walmart.com purchases.

Basically the terms require membership at 3 points 1 purchase 2 installation 3 repair. In reality their minimum wage employees are not trained well enough to enforce all of that.

Just a word of caution with road hazard, if they go flat while driving, be sure to shred them, or they'll claim it was negligence and refuse the replacement.

Main risk with these based on my 10 mins of research seems to be some people report some early dry-rotting, i.e. the rubber compound simply just doesn't last quite as long as other tires. Maybe if you put a lot of miles on your tires & would use these quickly they would be ideal. Otherwise they are certainly safer than bald tires, just keep an eye out on the condition of the rubber as they age. Going to wait and get the Vredesteins for kid #2 as well I think, instead of get these cheapies.

I ran these tires on my Acura RDX for like 10k-20k miles before that car got totaled. They were awesome for the price. Still relatively quiet, yet they performed excellent in the rain and snow up here in New England. Walmart only charges like $60 to install them too.

Make sure to double check tire sizes.

I got 4 last Black Friday and it turns out the website tire sizer was wrong for my car and model year. I ended up with 4 wrong size tires and it was HELL to get them to take them back.

We had to get the manager involved because returning tires isn't something that's usually allowed. Thankfully we were able to directly pull up with website and prove it was wrong for our car.

Good tires, but take them to a good tire shop and pay for a lifetime install and rotation/balance. If you plan on doing rotations yourself might be ok but if you value your time and plan to get your tires rotated/balanced every year, have install done at a Discount Tire or somewhere else.

I am on my second pair of them. My commute is ~80 freeway miles round trip and the first pair lasted about 3 years. They are good tires for the price. I don't feel like sinking a ton of money on tires for my beater commuter car so they do the job well.

My wife has the same car. If you live in an area that gets snow, we just put on Atturo az810 in size 225/45-17 at discount tire. They are three peak mountain snowflake rated. Happy with them so far; no noticeable change in ride quality or noise over the Kumho tires they replaced. Haven't driven them in snow yet though.
We had discount tire price match Walmart at $418 including Walmart plus tire installation.

Alternatively, Walmart generally won't install tires that don't match the door jam label size but you can take the tires off of the car and have them install them, if you're so inclined. 225/45-17 Goodyear Reliant are $83 per tire as part of this sale.
