1. For first few hrs when deal went live there were no restrictions on quantity and people could do multiple orders.
2. After few hrs, they only allowed 2 orders/account or card. I tried using a new account with same card but unable to complete the order.
3. After 2 orders, I went to target store and bought 8 of them. Each purchase they will give you a small Target $15 gift card. PS: My DISCOVER blocked my card after 2-3 purchase and spent 10 mins getting it back by talking to customer service but be ready for that.
4. Once all purchase was done, I added the amount to my apple account in the Target store itself. I had read horror stories of people getting scammed on this, idk how.
5. I placed an iphone order online using the apple credit, had no issues whatsoever, did a pickup and went to apple store to get it next day.
6. Bestbuy also had this offer last yr but you get bestbuy giftcard which was quite restrictive for me.
Overall combined with by 5% Discover card, my new iPhone 15 Pro came to be around 20% cheaper so worked out really well.

But, Apple website or the store employee's handheld device may throw a flag and give you an error redeeming high value items. You'll then have to purchase online or contact support to remove the "flag".
This would be great way to apply it. Anyone with any experience on using?

1. You get $15 target GC for every $100+ GC txn
So if you buy a single $200 Apple GC, you still get only $15 target gc.
2. I bought 10 physical GCs and got 4 "blanks" $50 gc, got scammed. Called Apple, sent them receipts and photos. Took them 2 days, but they sent me $200 Apple gc. But it was stressful
3. I loaded all of them to my account and then my account got blocked. I could not get it unblocked for 1 week and missed some Apple BF deals.
4. Yes, overall a solid deal, but I'll not be doing it again this year.
But if you do:
1. Try to do as much as possible as online txns
2. Use Target red card and Discover for extra 5% off
3. If buying in store, look for tamper proof packaging for Apple GC (they are shiny at the back)
4. Load Apple GC to your Apple wallet at Target and hope if you have a dud, Target can help. they will not help if you go home and come back.
5. Keep your receipts and make sure you tag the receipts and Apple GC as you purchase physical GC from store. Else it is a pain to match receipt & GC later
6. If Apple account gets flagged (unusual activity is like first time loading GCs and too many GCs), as others have suggested, get a manager on call to support.
Best of luck!!!

You can load up multiple gift cards on your Apple account. So, to answer your question, you can get multiple cards and pay for your new iPhone purchase.
I'm in the same boat. Upgrading to a new iPhone for myself and my wife. I'll buy 20+ $100 cards to cover 2 phones. That's as close as getting any sort of discount off iPhone 16 without a premium cell plan with the big carrier. I'm on a prepaid plan so I'm only looking to buy the unlocked phones outright from Apple .
