Select "Other" for the carrier. I didn't see anything for Google.
The account number is your 10-digit Google Voice number.
For the address, use Google's address:
1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy.

For the pin, you need to have a voicemail pin. If you don't have one:
Go to https://voice.google.co
Go to Settings -> Voicemail -> Call to listen
If this is unchecked, check it and it'll ask you to put in a pin.
If this is already checked, you should see a button to reset the pin if you forgot it.
A couple other notes I wanted to put out there:
There isn't any sort of branding when booting up the phone. I noticed that the A15 from the Straight Talk deal had a splash screen for the carrier when booting.
There wasn't anything branding related until I was going through the setup process. There was a setting for TracFone Wireless Device Pulse terms and conditions. I'm wondering if this screen still shows up once unlocked and is factory reset. Does anyone happen to know?
Overall, it was a pretty smooth process for me. Not bad for a $65 phone.

As for the size being too narrow for the Edge? The Mototola is a smaller size phone with 90% screen to body ratio, 20:9 ratio and the edge less curved side design. The Samsung has 84% screen to body ratio (bigger bezel) and 19.5:9 ratio.
The Edge has the better quality screen with 1300 nits over the samsung with 1000 nits. I am currently happily using my Samsung Galaxy A54 (over a year) which is very similar to the A35. The exynos 1380 chip has been great! Same processor in both A35 and A54. I will probably upgrade after 2 years more use. I think Samsung and Motorola did a great job with their midrange lines. I still have a pixel 6a that is a solid phones but I don't like it having a 6.1" display. Pretty much lost interest in the pixel A-line series with 6.1" displays.

Got an excellent condition from ebay for $150 last month. I saw a few for $160. Phone was released this past May. Phone case was $3 on AliExpress. Sim tray is double sided. One side for SIM and other side for MicroSD with contact pins facing outward. 512gb MicroSD cards are under $30 tor current black Friday sales.
Too bad they won't sell the A55 in America.
