Anybody have any experience with these?

There return policy seems to be complete garbage... they claim to have a 365 day trial but it looks like a scam.

My wife and I have had this mattress for 2 years. Right around the 1-year mark, almost like clockwork, the mattress started rapidly losing its firmness. Nowadays it's a LOT softer in the spots where we sleep, to the point of being uncomfortable for our backs. Buyer beware.

I started my return on day 351, missed my first scheduled pick up a week later, rescheduled pick up for the following week and completed it.

Full amount was refunded
