They are pretty good. I prefer Boost and chocolate but they are very similar and for this price (mine came to $18.23 with 15% SS) I'm not complaining!

For me, the taste was fine... just like a generic strawberry protein shake. I will say though that compared to something like Soylent, this didn't make me feel very full. I'm not sure what Soylent would have that this doesn't, but I digress
