Most people buy black because it is the only thing new this year, otherwise i think ultra 1 would be a better deal.

I've seen people complain that the black finish comes off with dings and drops. Tried one on at an Apple Store and sure enough, there was a ding on the edge of the face where the natural titanium was showing through. Just something to be aware of if you're on the fence about black.
