Please use this thread to post deals on all the streaming services for this holiday season. I know Hulu does it yearly and Peacock had a 6 month deal last year but lets post them in here for easy finding.

Also went to cancel the .99 deal from last year and got the 6 months / 2.99 offer. I took it, doesn't seem like we're getting anything this year after the Disney merger.

I did the same. If something better comes, I will just use one of the e-mails that I used for the Hulu deals in prior years. If not, at least I have the 6 months for $3 per.

So if sign up thru Roku (for example Max), do you have to watch thru Roku only or can you download the max app and watch on another device?

Cause that's how it is thru Amazon prime video, if you get it thru them, can only watch via APV app, which sucks!

What advice might you all impart if my (Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Peacock/etc) account is set to auto-renew tomorrow, but there is no Black Friday deal posted yet?

Let it rebill for a month, and hold out?

Or, if it's a service I can do without for a few weeks, can an account be put on hold indefinitely, so I don't lose my profile?

This exact situation happened to me this week with Hulu. They allow you to "pause" your account for up to 12 weeks.

Just fire up your Roku device and snag a sleigh-full of subscription deals for two months (unless otherwise noted*).

These offers are redeemable through your Roku device in the US beginning November 22 through December 2.

TMK you need a Roku account and a Roku device (TV or streaming device). Also found $1.99/month for 2 months for AMC+ ad-free.

Looks like a MAX is for 6 months.
But I don't want to watch it through Roku app only.

Hopefully MAX will come up with their own BF deal this coming week like they did last year.

Why renew them if you don't need them for a few days to a week since they will renew at full price? Cancel them and then if a offer isn't available you can always resubscribe at the same price.

I have watched Hulu via computer and Chromecasted to a TV in a hotel. I assume you can also watch on your phone

I cancelled my Hulu on 11/19. I got an email with code offering 6 months for $2.99/month. Expires 12/4. If no BF deal this year I'll take that offer. That'll cover the shows I watch there. No way I'm paying $11+ monthly for it.
I was offered the same deal, Hulu $2.99/mo, along with Disney+ for $2/mo. Hulu attempted to charge me $10.99 for just Hulu. I'm glad I used Privacy or I would have been screwed over. Like a dummy I didn't take screenshots and they never sent me an email. I hope they honored the deal they offered you.

I also would like to know the answer to this. I'll grab a roku to sign up if I can use the subs outside of it.

We used the AMC+ discount on Prime but it doesn't seem to be working with family share. We've never used a sub through Amazon, do they work with family share?

I also took the Hulu $3 offer when i went to cancel. Now that DIsney swallowed it up entirely and folded it into the main Disnet+ app i doubt they will ever go back to a $1 offer.

it looks like Paramount and Max matched that $2.99 price tier and and also won't be going lower again so this is the new ceiling of Black Friday deals for the major streaming services. It is not great since they flood the shows now with ads.

I know it's not a TV streaming but just wanted to mention the Sirius XM $2.99 a month for 3 years deal...quite a deal if you like Sirius!
