- Call from Non Verizon phone (should not even be a Verizon MVNO)
Other Info
- Once phone ships and is activated, there should be a document in your account called "Activation" (Under Account-> Bill--> Documents and receipts)
- On the account overview screen, you should see the device and the amount due
Will cancel later today through Live Agent Chat (I think Verizon customer care closes at 7pm).
Even though my phone shipped yesterday, tracking shows Fedex is still waiting for item. I am hoping to see some movement before cancelling.
(Note: My previous iPhone 14 deal, the tracking was an issue as well, it didn't update for 2 days and then suddenly showed the phone was in my city. So not worried, regardless of Fedex status, will cancel today)
