It's much better, I feel not as spicy and much more flavor. Just add 1/2 tsp at a time and mix it in your food. Good stuff!

I really like hot sauces but I find Siracha very one dimensional, but this sauce on the other hand is great, as a dip, as a marinade, add it to your stif fry, or mix it straight in. It's great stuff.
BTW when they had a shortage about 2 years ago, this stuff was going for over 10 bucks a bottle.
How is it? Is it basically like sriracha but with a garlic twist?
It's intended to be used while cooking as opposed to adding to your plate -- but honestly, either way works. It has a stronger flavor of both chili and garlic.
