Used edge with ms shopping which was 15% back last time. Bought 2 and showing $30 back pending on both transactions. It's 12% now and seems the best deal available.
I had chase offers on both freedom unlimited and CSR for 25% back capped at $15. Those both qualified so $45 cb plus standard cb from credit cards combined. I see the chase offers are back on both of those cards for me now; almost tempted to try and buy 2 more.
Received both phones, they will come with SIM card and instructions taped to back of iPhone box. Follow instructions which include going to straight talk activation website and inserting the sim. The silver, or whichever plan you choose, is tied to the sim and you will see a message to that effect when completing activation on the website. Once activated, text UNLOCK to 611611 twice and you will receive a response that lists the unlock date. You only have to pay 1 month of service and the device will unlock 60 days post activation.

If you go to the checkout page on the straight talk website it will say how much your tax is but won't give the percent. It will be based on the zip code you give. I used the tax percentage I saw on my Walmart receipt from the SE3 from last year and calculated it with my cart subtotal and it was correct/the same. So looks like buying online will tax you the discounted price and in store the full price. Hope that helps!

I don't know, I mean you have to wait 60 days to resell and the price will drop more by then.
Doesn't seem like a great deal only if you want to put this on a cheap plan and keep it for a few years, also 4 gigs of ram.
