I've had mine LESS THAN A WEEK and bought these exact headphones THRU this exact program mentioned by the OP which is the Costco Next Program. As I previously mentioned in my earlier post THESE DID COME WITH A CASE INCLUDED.
In addition - there are review videos on YouTube which also specifically mention that a case IS INCLUDED. At least one video that I watched even showed the case during the review."
