That's impossible, how can I mail it and have them receive it the next day? They should have an expiration date at least a week or two away, so that I can first receive and activate the new Pixel 9, copy stuff over (if needed), delete all my personal info from the Pixel 6 ("You will remove all Device data and personal information, passwords, security software, or user locks."), then ship it to them and leave time for shipping carrier to get it to them.
So I reluctantly backed out at the final step.
What's next?
Once that cool new device is in your hands, get started on these important next steps.
Trade in your old device
Once your new Pixel 9 Pro ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Google GVU6C Pixel 7 5G 128GB White - T-Mobile in good condition to retain your promotional value of $800.00.

note: from previous comments, it must be a corporate store
Where in the T-Life app can you see this info? Thanks
Yes. I upgraded yesterday and traded in a Samsung s10e getting $800 credit. Bought the s10e on Amazon for $130
note that i ordered through the T-Life app ... i am unsure if it appears if ordered through the web

IF I ACCEPT THE OFFER PRICE OR PROMOTIONAL OFFER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE, CAN I GIVE YOU THE DEVICE IN STORE? Yes. If you accept the Offer Price and/or Promotional Offer online or over the phone, you can bring your Device to a store within the expiration period. We may inspect the Device to verify the condition of the Device matches your responses regarding Device condition, which may result in a Device revaluation.

Thanks, I didn't scroll down far enough to see that part.

This means this is a true web online offer only, and Costco purchases do not meet the criteria.
I'll need to reach out to them as I got word from that rep that I was good to go...
Worst case scenario, you call and confirm wrong promo since it is indeed strictly online only, then you just keep your trade in phone, cancel the deal, return the pixel, and just do another order via online this time, right? Not much risk it seems like other than time wasted and the deal possibly expiring or out of stock.

Promo should show up in your account page within a couple of days.
I called Costco T-Mobile # and the guy swears I DO have the $800 promotion attached. However it is code P892, which looks like an old code. But he swears it will work well and he's going to call me on my billing cycle to make sure. I have a business account so most people's tlife or online examples don't work for me. Hmmm..
Also you can go into your T-Mobile account and access check order status and click on the trade in phone. It will show you the amount of promotion you will be receiving. This is assuming it works the same on your business account.
When do we receive the promo confirmation? Did you order ship already? I just placed an order through T-Mobile Costco phone line and got order confirmation. The rep said it will take 1-2 billing cycles for promo to be applied to the account.

May I know when did you place the order and if it's shipped? I did through Costco phone rep as well today but no promo confirmation yet. But he did confirm the promo code added to the account note and it will take 1-2 billing cycles to be applied.
